These last few months I have really been concentrating on improving my photography. Going to workshops, taking online classes, getting mentoring by various other successful photographers. Photography is something I have always loved, and at first I wanted to improve for myself. Then, as others would ask me to take their photos, I wanted to improve for others as well. To provide the service of beautiful images of their pets and horses to adorn their walls in their home!
Yesterday, one of my images made it as Top 10 in our monthly challenge in a very large group of pet photographers, Hair of the Dog ! November challenge was silhouettes, which I simply LOVE to shoot! They are so simple, yet tell such a wonderful story, full of emotion. I am truly honored and humbled that so quickly after deciding to push myself, that I was able to make it into this elite group of Top 10! All the other photographers in this group are very talented and I simply love seeing their work. Receiving this honor has certainly fueled my excitement for 2020 and where my photography will go!
